On that link above, don't do the normal
left-click, but instead click the right button of your
mouse, and then you will see a menu appear. From
that menu, select "Save target as", and then a window
indicating "file download will appear, and then a
dialog box will prompt you to choose a filename and
location on your computer for the file. Make a
note of your choice and then click "Save". Then
you will see the download progress indicated by a
growing blue line. Then choose "Open Folder" and
press Enter (Return key) to open the file.
If the file does not then open, this is
probably because you don't have Acrobat Reader
installed. Right-click this next link here to see

If not, you can usually find it on some
driver/application cd, or can download the latest from
